PITANIUM (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") is committed to providing you with quality products and comprehensive sales services.
Online Shopping Terms and Conditions
- The Company will make every effort to ensure that the product prices, information, and sizes displayed on the website are up to date.
- The Company will make every effort to ensure the availability of products listed on the website. If any product is unavailable due to stock issues, the company reserves the right to offer similar products of comparable price and type as a substitute.
- Product prices are based on those displayed on the day of ordering. All orders are subject to final confirmation based on the availability of the relevant products. If our company is unable to provide any of the ordered products or services, we reserve the right to refuse the order.
If we are unable to provide any products or services on your order, we will notify you via phone or email before shipment.
Subscription
- Once you purchase any product under the subscription plan, you agree to comply with all the terms and conditions of the product subscription plan.
- You must agree to authorize full payment for the ordered products via credit card and to automatically renew this subscription periodically.
- Subscription requires a minimum continuous order of two periods to enjoy the subscription plan benefits.
- If there are Special Offer add-on products included in the product subscription, they will be automatically renewed each period (Special Offer add-on products can be added or canceled one day before the automatic renewal).
- The product subscription will automatically renew until the subscription is canceled. If needed, you can cancel the product subscription in your account at least one day after the automatic renewal of the second period order or before subsequent renewals.
- Products in the subscription are non-returnable or non-refundable.
- Orders generally require 2-6 working days for processing and shipping (applicable only to Hong Kong), while shipping to areas outside Hong Kong typically takes 2-14 working days (depending on the chosen shipping method). If the ordered product is a pre-order with a specified arrival date, that arrival date will apply.
- Original invoice or order number is required for product collection.
- Ordered products are required to be collected within 6 months of the pickup notification. If no delay notice is provided, the ordered products will be forfeited without refund. If uncollected for 12 months, it will be considered a forfeiture of the Subscription plan, and the company reserves the right to pause or cancel the subscription and reclaim the uncollected products without refund.
Payment Methods
- Subscriptions require credit card payment and authorization to store card information for future product subscription renewal.
- If payment fails due to card expiration, insufficient funds, or other reasons, your subscription will be suspended until card information is updated.
Interval
- Product subscriptions have different renewal cycles, which will be displayed on the payment page. The system will automatically process renewal orders based on the corresponding cycle. If needed, you can contact us to change the renewal cycle (the renewal cycle can be viewed in your account under "Order > Subscription").
Update payment method
You can update the credit card information in " Account > Billing ". After updating, you agree to authorize us to continue charging through it.
Cancellation
After the product subscription takes effect, you must order at least two consecutive periods and complete the automatic renewal of the second period order before you can cancel the subscription.
If needed, you can cancel the product subscription in your account after completing the automatic renewal of the second period order or at least one day before subsequent renewals (you can cancel the subscription under "My Account > Order > Subscription").
Change shipping address
If you need to change the shipping address, you can click "EDIT ADDRESS" on the order in " Account > Orders > Subscription " to change the shipping address any time . The deadline is 3 days before the next shipment.
Subscription Code
- Subscription promo codes are valid only for the first subscription order. Discounts do not apply to auto-renewal orders.
- Promo codes cannot be combined with other offers.
Others
- Subscription products cannot be returned or refunded. For defective products, the Company may offer replacement at its discretion. Replacements must be requested within 7 days of receipt.
- Sub Gifts included with subscription orders cannot be exchanged or returned.
- The Company reserves the right to cancel orders and refund payments if product prices change or supply issues occur.

Overseas shipping
- All products will be sent from the Hong Kong warehouse. After delivery, you will receive an email notification of the tracking code.
- The delivery time may be extended during public holidays or promotional activities. For Hong Kong public holidays, you can refer to here. For overseas public holidays, please check the local government website.
- The import regulations of each country are different. Import duties, value-added taxes, customs clearance fees or else which we cannot predict may be charged according to the laws and regulations of the country. If you need to pay these fees, the responsibility will be on yourself. Please consider carefully before placing an order. If the products are confiscated due to customs clearance problems or delays in delivery time due to customs clearance procedures, we will have no responsibility and will not make any compensation for the losses caused by the above problems.
Others
- All products will be well-packaged to ensure completeness and freshness. Otherwise, you can request to exchange or return.
- All in-stock products will be sent within 48 hours. If the order includes in-stock and pre-ordered products, we will send the package when all the products are ready to pack. If you want to send it separately, please place the orders separately.
- If the address or information provided by you is incorrect, and cause the return. You will have to pay the extra shipping fee. We will reschedule the delivery afterward.
- We have no responsibility for any loss or damage during the delivery period, and you should bear the delivery risk. Please check the products immediately after receiving the package. If you find any problem with the products, including the quantity or the option, you should refuse to accept the package and let the carrier return it to us for processing.
Referral plan
Pitanium members can earn Cash Dollars through the referral program by inviting friends who join us as new and completing the first purchase.
Exclusive referral code
After the first purchase, you can find your exclusive referral code in the " Account > Referral ".
Referral methods
You can share the referral code by the following methods:
- Go to any product page you like, click the share button, then share the product link via social media;
- Or copy the exclusive referral code in " Account > Referral " and send it to your friends.
Once your friends registered as Pitanium new members and used your code at checkout their first purchase, you will earn Cash Dollar.
Cash Dollar
After your friends have successfully placed an order (only for product purchase), you can get a 10% rebate of their first purchase total (Grand Total). (For example, the total amount of your friend’s first purchase is HKD 800, you gain HKD 80 in Cash Dollars) Earned Cash Dollar will be sent after 14 working days and placed in the " Account > Pi-Wallet ".
Pitanium Friend
Your membership will be upgraded Pitanium Friend after registering as a new member by using referral code and completing the first purchase. You can enjoy a 10% discount on all regular-priced items with this membership.
Others
Your membership will be upgraded Pitanium Friend after registering as a new member by using referral code and completing the first purchase. You can enjoy a 10% discount on all regular-priced items with this membership.
- We have the right to deduct the Cash Dollars that have been distributed, such as applying for refunds or returning products of friend orders using exclusive referral codes.
- An order which has used an exclusive referral code and needs to refund, is eligible for return and exchange. The refund will be sent to your Pi-Wallet.
- Cash Dollar cannot be sold, transferred or exchanged for cash.
- We can suspend or terminate the plan any time for any reason without notice.
- Any disputes, we reserve the right of final decision.
Pi-Wallet
Cash Dollar is earned in designated activities and can be used to deduct the money at checkout on the Site.
Value
The value of 1 Cash Dollar is equal to HKD 1.
Valid period
Pi-Wallet Cash Dollar must be used within the specified date (valid for one year), and Pi-Wallet Reward is valid for 3 months. It will be deemed invalid and will not be reissued or extended.
Others
- Cash Dollars can not be used to purchase subscription products.
- Cash Dollars can not be sold, transferred or exchanged for cash.
- Any disputes, we reserve the right of final decision.
Rewards
- Only one reward can be claimed per order.
- The review reward redemption period is 60 days.
- All rewards must be redeemed on or before the specified date. Rewards which are not collected after the expiry date will be automatically deleted and will not be reissued or extended.
- Review rewards are not applicable to Subscription orders.
- If you cancel the order that includes the redemption of rewards, the rewards will be automatically deducted and there is no refund.
- All rewards cannot be exchanged for cash or resold.
- We do not guarantee the quality of any reward and are not responsible for any consequences.
- We reserve the right to terminate, change, withdraw or substitute for receiving rewards at any time without prior notice and reason, and any payment or compensation.
- Any disputes, we reserve the right of final decision.
Returns and Exchange Conditions
If you have any questions about the goods purchased at PITANIUM stores or website, our company guarantees to return or exchange the relevant goods after it is determined that you meet the conditions for return or exchange of goods.

Refunds

For non-quality related returns meeting the returns and exchange conditions, refunds will be issued as Pi-Wallet Cash Dollars (valid for one year). Alternative refund methods incur a 5% processing fee.

Subscription products are non-refundable unless proven defective within 7 days.
- Consumption voucher purchases via Octopus will be refunded as Pi-Wallet Cash Dollars only.
- Excess bank transfer amounts will be converted to Pi-Wallet Cash Dollars.
