We value our customers greatly. If you have any concerns or receive damaged/incorrect products within 7 days of receipt, you may contact Pi-Care for returns/exchanges. Products must be unopened with original packaging intact.
Returns/exchanges will not be accepted under these conditions:
Customers should understand the product information and choose suitable products before making a purchase. PITANIUM will not be responsible for any unsuitability or individual allergic issues related to the products, nor will it bear any associated costs.
If it is found that the exchanged product does not meet the company's exchange terms, it will not be processed. We apologize for any inconvenience. PITANIUM reserves the right to make the final decision on all matters related to exchanges.
Exchange Policy
Each order or receipt can only be exchanged once within the specified date. Products that have been exchanged cannot be exchanged again.
Under any circumstances, only exchanges are accepted; refund requests will not be entertained.
Exchange Process
If you wish to exchange a product, please contact us within 7 days from the date of purchase or receipt, and specify your return request. Once we confirm that the exchange conditions are met, you may bring the original receipt to a PITANIUM store to exchange the product.
If you do not report any product issues within the specified time after receiving the product and continue to use it, our company will not be responsible for any opened and used products. Please check the product carefully before use to confirm its correctness.
For exchange requests, Pi-Care will require you to provide the following information:
All returned products must be unopened and in their original condition. Our company does not accept returns of opened and used products. If you are returning a product for personal reasons, you will need to cover the shipping costs and ensure the product is properly packaged for return to our company.
Notes
If any damage occurs to the goods during shipping, you must notify Pi-Care and the carrier within 24 hours of receiving the package, providing clear photos for documentation and processing. Late notifications will not be accepted. If there is obvious damage or leakage upon receipt, please refuse to sign for the package and return it to the carrier.
You must present the relevant order number. If you are not a member of our company, please provide the name and phone number of the account holder for that order.
